Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations used.
The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired, such as an armor, weapon or rings. This replaces the item with another item of the same type however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original level of the item and any money wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item such as increasing its damage.
Players can roll their equipment using three aspects: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
During the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This is an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto the new gear.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to get these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is reached.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a particular number of items to be added and a minimum level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded, the stats of the base item will increase by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available for it. Likewise, once an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at a discount.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium along with the number of Upgrade Tokens.
Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get a perfect roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. helpful resources includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) the level of the item as well as the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory when you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
